Question:
Hi my fogatti rv water heater keeps going of while showering I’ve replaced propane regulator and that didn’t help. My water flow is kinda slow could that be a problem.

Your Fogatti RV Tankless Water Heater, # LSB64FR requires a minimum water pressure to operate, ideal is 40-45 PSI but should still work below 20. If you have water pressure much below that, or it fluctuates dropping much below, this is probably your issue.
I suggest you consider the Camco RV Water Pressure Regulator, # CAM40064 to keep the water pressure in the 40 PSI to 50 PSI range.
