I was looking into this rack for my frontier I have a bare roof, no rack and I want to do a combo with this and a bed bar in the back. for long cargo. My question is can I order just one set of these bars, feet, and brackets instead of two?

To do a single bar Rhino Rack roof rack for your 2019 Nissan Frontier you'd need the # RRVA137B, # RRRLKVAH, and the fit kit # DK108.
Then for a hitch mounted T-Load you could use the # RTL002 and you'd be set. There isn't a way to do a single bar roof rack using the square bar Rhino Rack you mentioned.
