Can you get a replacement circuit board for a 26 inch greystone fireplace

Expert Reply:

We have reached out to our manufacturers in the past and the only solutions for circuit boards messing up are to unplug it for a bit to reset the circuit board and then replacing the fireplace entirely if that doesn't work. If you have the Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000081 then that's what you can use as a replacement.
