I need a hitch and wiring for my 2022 Kia Soul so that I can pull a small utility trailer.

For your 2022 Kia Soul, as long as it's not the 1.6L Turbo model, I highly recommend the Draw-Tite Class III Trailer Hitch # DT25GR. This is because it offers a 2" receiver which will open the door up to many more options when it comes to hitch-mounted accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier. It's also going to provide a much sturdier attachment point to your trailer.
For your lighting needs, I suggest the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness, # C89KR. With this option you can easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your Kia because the T-connector plugs directly into existing wiring without needing to cut or splice. This works on vehicles with LED or without.
