At some time someone cut and removed the brake controller on my 2003 coachman santara e450 super duty motorhome My question, what is the color code and number of wires under the dash?

For your 2003 Coachman Sanatra, the wiring code for the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers # 3035-P will be as follows:
Red- 12v to brake light trigger
Blue: to 12v electric trailer brakes
Black: to positive terminal on vehicle battery
White: Ground
