If both these model numbers fit my truck, whats the difference in strength?

Of the two part numbers you mentioned only the # TLF2022A is a fit for your 2022 Ford F-350 short bed without factory board and with the factory installed hitch. You might have meant to type # TLF2022 which is the non-aluminum/stainless steel option that fits your truck instead.
Strength-wise these are going to be right at the exact same as they were rated designed to be just as strong as the other but using different material. They are able to do this by using different thickness of the metal. Over time though the aluminum and stainless would be stronger since it is going to not rust or corrode which would cause it to be less strong.
The matching rear tie down would then be the part # TLF3008A.
