Yes, there is some trimming that is required to install both the etrailer Hitch # e88KR and the Curt Hitch # C13277 to your 2021 Audi Q7. Unfortunately, we do not have any hitch receivers that do not require trimming on your vehicle. If you need tools to help you with trim removal/cutting, I recommend the Composite Trim Removal Tool Kit - 5 Piece # PT73HJ.
