I have a different option for you, but the Bestop TrekStep - Rear Mounted Truck Step - Aluminum - Driver Side # BE67HR you were looking at will not work with the TorkLift camper tie downs you have installed on your 2021 Ram 3500.

If nothing is installed in your trailer hitch receiver you can use a hitch mounted step such as the Curt # C31001, or if you have a different accessory installed in your trailer hitch you will need to go with a basic step such as the # S-150 which is adjustable between 4" - 8" and can be placed where ever you need.
