In order to connect an iPhone or other smart phone/tablet to a TV like the Jensen # JTV4015DC you would need to connect via the AirPlay feature to a streaming device like an Apple TV. Apple iPhones are not designed to supply a video feed via the charging/USB port, or via Bluetooth. You'll need some sort of video streaming device in order to play the contents of an iPhone on a TV.
