I suggest the Draw-Tite Front Mount hitch, # 65067 that installs through a cut out in the plastic air dam of the F-150. The hitch does not sit lower than the lowest part of the truck so it does not reduce ground clearance. Trimming the lower air dam is required for installation.

This is a fully welded, corrosion-resistant trailer hitch receiver that is perfect for winches, spare tire carriers, etc. that is custom fit to the Ford F-150 for an easy bolt-on installation. This has a line pull of 9,000 lbs. when for use with a wench and a vertical load limit of a full 500 lbs. The receiver opening is 2"x2" and uses 5/8" pin.
