I spoke with the manufacturer and they stated that the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Retractable Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-KRNA14A40 t-track will be sitting on the bedrail so there isn't a specified weight restriction and you'll only need to follow the restrictions of the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks # Y01151-5968. This ladder rack has an on-road capacity of 500lbs, off-road capacity of 300lbs, and static capacity of 800lbs.
You will need the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155 to attach the # Y01151-5968 to the t-tracks of the # 311-KRNA14A40.
