Question:
What do you think about the Yakima Skybox Y95AV for my setup? I have a 201 Subaru CrossTrek with factory rails and RhinoRack Aero StealthBar Crossbars. In a previous response, the Y95AV was recommended. Additional Question: I want to put a relatively light weight, flexible solar panel on top of the box I choose. Will that work? THX!

The Yakima Skybox NX 16 # Y95AV is exactly what I recommend for you.
This is due to it having a large storage size of 16 cubic feet and the fact that the SkyBox will mount forward on your vehicle giving you an additional 4-1/4" of rear hatch clearance over many other boxes making this rack more likely to allow you to be able to open your hatch.
In addition to this I went out and measured the flat surface of this box and the Skybox is a clear winner, the roof is mostly flat, so mounting your solar panel shouldn't be difficult.
