I had our warehouse measure the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75237 you were looking at for your 2010 Toyota Sienna and it measures 53-3/8" measured center to center of the mounting holes, 1-5/8" between the furthest rearward and middle mounting hole, 6-1/4" between the middle and further forward mounting hole, and 5-5/8" from the top of the mounting flange to the top of the receiver.
