Question:
I'm planning to tow a small utility trailer with my Subaru WRX. I need a hitch and I guess I will also need wiring for the lights on the trailer. Can you help me?

For your 2021 Subaru WRX I recommend the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7257. This Class III hitch has a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 525 lbs. In addition to having the highest capacity of the available hitches for your WRX, this is the only available hitch for your vehicle with a 2" receiver so it would be the best option for towing your utility trailer.
For wiring, I recommend the Curt Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56259. This wiring harness plugs into existing wiring and will give you the 4-way connection needed to power your utility trailer's signal lights.
If you also need a ball mount, I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989899 which comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball.
I have attached a couple review videos along with an installation video of the hitch on a 2019 WRX for your reference.
