Replacement Equa-Flex Equalizers for Trailer with Tandem 7k Axles

Good evening, I am trying to find what is the right equalizer for my 5th wheel, 7000lbs dexter axles, I have the lippert equa-flex but need new ones, the part number on them does not match any I can find
