1500 watt steam cleaner. I have to buy a power inverter that is the same Watts as the steam cleaner?

You just want to have a power inverter that provides at least 1,500 watts continuously so that your 1,500 watt steam cleaner will have sufficient power supply. The Power Inverter 1000 Watts # WC3720 that you were looking at only provides 1,000 watts continuously so you would be better off using something like Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter - GFCI - 1,500 Watt - 12V # 34279950 which supplies 1,500 continuous watts and 2,650 max surge watts.
