I have a broken handle on my sink that I need to replace. Do these handles just screw on? My husband doesn’t want to replace the entire faucet...

The handles on the RV Bathroom Faucet - Dual Teacup Handle - Oil Rubbed Bronze # 277-000056 are not replaceable; the notches you're seeing are designed to keep the handle from spinning and are not threads to secure the two pieces together. In this instance, the only option is going to be to replace the faucet completely, but the RV Bathroom Faucet - Dual Teacup Handle - Oil Rubbed Bronze # 277-000056 is a direct replacement.
