Axel and Wheel Modification of the VTG201 Viking Solutions Tilt and Go 2 Cart

Question:
Would i be able to purchase two 2 square wheel struts Circled in Picture That are extended 4 inches longer on the Axil Side of the Bend. I have larger wheels that i want to attach but they interfere with the placing the tray on the Hitch Bar they cover the hole Also can the axil hole be drilled out to 3/4

The Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Hauler and Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches, # 310-VTG002 is an import item supplied as a kit. Any modification such as replacing the axle with an extended version of, will need to be made by the purchaser as a custom fabrication.
