Are these long enough to secure a canoe directly to a roof rack?

The length of the Rhino-Rack Cam Buckle Cinch Straps # RRRTD35P that you mentioned is 11-1/2 feet which is pretty close to the length of the canoe straps we sell like part # E98876-2 which are 13 feet long. I'd recommend going with the # E98876-2 but if you wanted to use the Rhino Rack it should work fine.
