I don’t see where to plug in the harness under the dash? I have a 2019 suburban

If you've got the tow package then the plug and play harness # 3016 that will allow you to install the Tekonsha P3 # 90195 will be located under the dash; there's a good chance that it might just be tucked behind some other wiring bunches. We do have a video of the installation of a Tekonsha P3 being installed on a 2015 Suburban, but it will show you where to look for the plug. You'll want to check around the 2:25 mark of the video, which is linked on this page.
