I do show the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT63MR as a fit for all sub-models of the 2021 Kia K5. In regards to parts needed, if you re simply using the trailer hitch for a bike rack or cargo carrier then there will be no other components aside from that particular accessory. That said, if you are using the trailer hitch for towing you will need a few other items which I have listed for you below.
