The Air Lift Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL25850 you were looking at does not include the helper springs.
Since you have a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado you will need one of the following options: Air Lift # AL57204 if you have a 1500 that does NOT have the 8' bed, the # AL57211 if you have a 1500 with a 8' bed, or the # AL88338 if you have a 2500/3500.
