For lighter duty vehicles like your 2021 Hyundai Kona there are only lighter duty 1-1/4 inch hitches available like the part # C11529 which do not have the weight capacity for a motorcycle carrier. With your tow vehicle best option would be a small trailer since the trailer axle carries the weight instead of the rear of the vehicle.
For trailer wiring you'd then need the part # C99KR.
