Question:
Need a interchangeable/replacement jack/leg for an original Kwikee Level Best 3000. Also need to know if I can replace only one, or if I have to replace a pair or all four at once.

For your Kwikee Level Best 3000 we do have replacement legs with the part # LC359275 which you can replace individually like you are wanting to do.
