Are Rhino Rack Roof Rack - RTC95JW Tracks Rhino Rack 37-1/2 Inch Track compatible with installation of Primsu or Tacoma Topper Roof Rack platform? 2nd and 3rd GEN 05+

The Rhino Rack Roof Rack Tracks part # RTC95JW are compatible with standard roof rack feet that were designed to attach to a roof track. While we don't carry the Prinsu roof racks we can say this would work if the rack/platform was designed for attaching to channels/tracks.
