The 2021 Buick Enclave is pre-wired for a brake controller.
If you don't already have a 7-way brake controller, you can install one using part # 118287 which would plug into the connector located under the vehicle on the driver's side just forward of the bumper as shown in the linked video.
The Tekonsha Primus you'd looked at, part # TK90160 would be a great choice, and includes the pigtail that connects to the tow package wiring under the dash.
The controller would wire up to the blunt ended wires that terminate under the dash behind the head lamp switch. These wires will directly connect with the wires of the pigtail included with your brake controller.
The wire bundle should be taped to a larger wiring harness, and will usually have a white tag or label on it. The 4 wires will connect as follows: The blue tow package wire connects to the blue wire on the brake controller pigtail, the light blue and white striped tow package wire connects to the red pigtail wire, the red and black or red and blue striped tow package wire connects to the black pigtail wire and the black tow package wire connects to the white pigtail wire.
I've linked to a video featuring my buddy David who explains how the Tekonsha Primus brake controller works.
