It sounds like you are looking for a replacement step pad for your 2006 Ford F-150. The # 80-0231 is 26"x4" so that would not work with the length of 19-3/4" you provided.
I do have one possible option for you, the # 25-0001 Replacement Step Pad for Westin Signature Series Nerf Bars. This step pad replacement matches the length you gave of 19-3/4" and is 3-1/8" wide. This is a 4 peg step pad. If you have the model number of your nerf bars you could confirm if this will fit, or you could attempt to take measurements.
