• 1987 - 1991 Ford F-150, F-250, F-350
• 1992 - 1996 Ford F-250 and F-350
• 1997 - 1997 Ford F-250 and F-350 Heavy Duty
• 1992 - 1996 Ford F-150 EXCEPT Stepside

So yes, it will indeed fit your 1996 Ford F-350.
