Expert Reply:
When installing a brake controller on a 2013 Ford Explorer with the factory tow package, the factory connector to connect the brake controller is located behind the driver side kick panel. Previous generations had the connector behind the passenger side glove box. That changed so on your 2013 it will be behind that kick panel. You will need harness # 3035-P for your P2, brake controller.
