Is it Ok to Use an etrailer.com e99044 if There is an Air Bubble in the Gauge?

Question:
I just received the e-trailer tongue weight scale and there is a good size air bubble in it. Is this normal?

The etrailer.com # e99044 did receive an upgrade and should have fluid in the gauge. With that being said, they will all have an air bubble like this and it is perfectly good to use.
