Hidden or Mostly Hidden Trailer Hitch for 2021 BMW X1

I just purchased a 2021 BMW X1 S drive FWD It will be a toad on our RV. I want to install a hitch on the BMW that will be primarily used to tow its own car dolly. Towing will typically be a few miles or less, and dolly weighs about 400-500 lbs. I need a 4 pin light connector so dolly lights work. Would prefer the hidden hitch, but not sure its worth 600+ $$$ to do that. I also want to insure I dont have to cut heat shield, or limit the foot sensor for tailgate lift. Which hitch should I be looking at, and does it include wiring harness or do I need that separately? I tried to find it without asking, but was unsuccessful. Every other time I bought from you several so far Ive been completely happy with delivery, product and performance, so Im back! :- Thank you!

For a totally hidden trailer hitch for your 2021 BMW X1 that comes with the ball mount accessory and the 4-way wiring you'd need we do have the Stealth hitch part # SH55VR which does require some heat shield modification. This would not interfere with the hands free liftgate at all.
The price is pretty steep compared to the mostly hidden etrailer part # e93KR which does require trimming of heat shield and of the fascia. For trailer wiring you'd then need the # C59236 and for a ball mount # C45534 which comes with a 2 inch ball and a hitch lock setup. This would limit the range of the hands free liftgate to be to either side of the hitch opening.
