Will this work for both the sedan and hatchback?

The Draw-Tite SportFrame # 24905 will only work with the 2013 - 2020 Hyundai Elantra GT Hatchback.
Unfortunately, we do not currently (March 2023) have a hitch for your 2019 Kia Rio.
We can offer trunk-mounted bike racks or roof racks to carry cargo if you are interested. Please let us know your purpose so we can help.
