I’ve got new 175/80 13 tires.. I’m wanting new rims. Is the 13x5 the correct rim size for that size tire?

A 175/80-13 tire will fit on a 4-12, 5 or 5-1/2 inch wide rim so the Hi-Spec # AM20270 13 x 5 rim will work great with the tires you have. The wheel doesn't include the valve stems, they are available separately as part # AM20903. If you needed a chrome center cap to dress things up a little, we offer those as part # AM90113.
