I am thinking there's is dust or debris either on the disc itself or inside the opening of your Jensen RV Stereo, # JWM60A. I recommend blowing some compressed/canned air, such as used to clean key board, into the slot on the stereo and cleaning the disc off to see if this resolves the issue. you can also try doing a hard reset by removing all power to the unit for at least 10-15 minutes.
