Troubleshooting Furrion RV Stereo/DVD Loading But Not Playing Correctly

Question:

When I put a DVD in, it starts to play and then fades in and out to where you cant see the picture. Camper dealership put new cables on when it was less than a year old...worked for a bit, but doing it again. What can be causing this? Wires seem to be connected tightly. Thanks

I am thinking there's is dust or debris either on the disc itself or inside the opening of your Furrion # DV3300SBL. I recommend blowing some compressed/canned air, such as used to clean key board, into the slot on the stereo and cleaning the disc off to see if this resolves the issue.
