We have just what you need!
For the 4.80x4.00-8 tire on your trailer you will need our smallest spare tire cover which is the CE Smith Spare Tire Cover - up to 21" Diameter x 6-1/2" Wide Trailer Tires - Black # CE27410. Your tire measures 16.1" tall, but this cover will still work it will just be a little bit loose.
I included a video of the # CE27410 for you to take a look at.
