Can the Swagman Dispatch be Mounted on a Front Hitch of a 2017 Coachmen Prism?

I have an RV w/ slid in back so I cannot us hitch in back. On a 2017 Coachmen Prism, can a bike rack be installed in front?

If you are unable to install/use a rear hitch to mount the Swagman Dispatch Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S44FR to your 2017 Coachman Prism, you will be able to install the rack to the front of your vehicle with a front-mounted 2-inch receiver. For a compatible front hitch receiver, I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7352. The EcoHitch front receiver has a 500 pound tongue weight capacity, which is plenty of support for the Dispatch and 2 bikes. Since the closest part of the Dispatch is 12 inches, you will not have a problem with front bumper clearance.
