Question:
Two Hullivator Sets on a 2016 Honda CRV. I have the factory flat rails with no crossbars. Can I assemble a Hullavator system and get two 30 inch kayaks on the roof?

While there is a roof rack that fits your 2016 Honda CR-V that will allow you to use mount the Hullavator, it is too large to mount two of them, so to carry a pair of kayaks you could use one Hullavator but you'd need a J-style carrier for your second kayak.
Let's go ahead and start with the roof rack for your 2016 Honda CR-V with flush-mounted rails, and the roof rack I highly recommend for your CR-V is from Rhino-Rack because it has the longest crossbars available for your vehicle to make loading your kayaks the easiest, and it is the best value for a roof rack. Rhino-Rack's quality is the same (or higher) than similar brands, but at a better price point; the correct fit for your CR-V with flush-mounted rails is the following:
- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2
- RCL Legs for Rhino-Rack Crossbars # RRRCL4
- Custom RCP Fit Kit # RRRCP33-BK
This will allow you to mount one of the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist with Tie-Downs # TH898.
Then for a J-style carrier what you can use that will fit the rack and allow you to mount your second kayak the best value is easily the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878.
Both carriers will be able to carry 30 inch wide kayaks.
