Question:

My tongue is a 12foot - 2 1/2inch square steel tube with a thickness of 3/16. Is there a Fulton Fold Away unit that will work BEST for my application?

Yes, the Fulton Fold Away Bolt On Hinge Kit item # FHDPB230101 will work for your trailer. According to Fulton you will need to fabricate a metal or steel spacer as a shim to fill the gap between the tongue and the hinge.
