Yes, the Stretchable Net and Tie-Down Straps for Rhino-Rack Roof Cargo Basket - 47-1/4" x 31-1/2" # RLN1-RTD4 will work with the Rhino-Rack Cargo Basket # RMCB02. The net has bungee cords that will be able to stretch to fit the 57" long x 42-13/16" wide x 5-7/8" tall dimensions of the basket.

For the Rhino-Rack cargo basket #RMCB02, the internal length is 53 inches. The width is 37-7/16 inches at the narrowest point. And the height is just under 5 inches. I have included a link to a video review of this basket for you.
