Grounding A-iPower 3,800-Watt Portable Inverter Generators

Question:

Does this generator need grounding? It reads in the manual neutral bonded to frame.

The A-iPower 3,800-Watt Portable Inverter Generators - 3,000 Running Watts - Gas - Manual Start Item # 289-SUA2000i-2 does need to be grounded to properly function. You can attach a wire with a ring terminal on the ground terminal of the generators and run it to a stake and place it in the ground.
