I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT45508 as it is confirmed to fit your 2004 Ford F-250 with a standard or step bumper. This Class V receiver has a 2-1/2" opening which has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 2,000lbs with a trailer capacity of 18,000lbs. By using a weight distribution hitch maximum capacity of the tongue weight increases to 2,500lbs. Be sure to verify with a Ford dealer for the maximum ratings for your F-250.

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT32MR that you saw is only a fit for Cab and Chassis 2019-current 2021 model year F-350's, F-450's, and F-550's.

@ChrisN Neither of these trailer hitches is designed to fit an F53 chassis. We do not currently have any trailer hitches that are custom designed for the F53, but you can certainly go with a universal design hitch for your motorhome. I have linked to the adjustable width trailer hitches that we offer. These hitches are designed to mount on RVs and trailers frames and many can either be bolted or welded on.
