Question:
Our rain sensor will not work correctly. We would like to disable the rain sensor, but do not have a remote control. Do you have any suggestions?

In order to disable the rain sensor on a Fan-tastic Vent # FV803350 without a remote you can hold the "up/down" button on the unit for 3 seconds as opposed to the remote. You should get a beep or a double beep to confirm the sensor shut off worked.
