Availability of Extra Long 3-Inch Square Head Bolts to Install Rhino Rack on Camper Roof

Hi, I am trying to put a Rhino rack on my camper roof and the roof is 2.5 inches thick. The t-bolts that it came with are less than 2 inches. Do you have T-bolts that are 3 inches long? Thanks.

Since your application is somewhat atypical the standard hardware options from RhinoRack may not work for you. The part you referenced, the Thule T-Bolt # 853-2040-04, is intended for their Big Mouth bike carrier. We do offer a longer Thule T-Bolt, part # 853-6511, which measures 3-1/2 inches long and 7/32 inches diameter.
We have a variety of replacement hardware for various brands and products but since I do not know the specific Rhino rack you are trying to install, your best bet for finding the 3-inch hardware you need may be your local hardware store. However, as an example we offer a Redline bolt with included locknut, part # 7-7-6-11. The bolt measures 3-1/4 inches long, has a 5/16 inch diameter and 18 threads per inch.
