I've linked to the installation instructions for the Curt # C31033, which works on 2015 Grand Cherokee models with or without the tow hooks. If the vehicle has tow hooks, they'll need to be removed in order to install the hitch, but that shouldn't present a problem as the hitch has tow hooks integrated into it.
