We have sound when we play a DVD but cannot get a picture on the tv

The Jensen RV Stereo - Double DIN - AUX/USB, Bluetooth, jControl - 12V Item # JWM60A uses RCA cables to transmit audio and video so you either have a loose connection or the cable needs to be replaced. Try making sure the cables are fully connected on the TV and # JWM60A and if the video still doesn't come through then I recommend replacing the cables with the RV RCA Cable 12' Long Item # DG52486PB.
