The Thule Vector M Rooftop Cargo Box - 13 Cubic Ft - Titan Matte Gray # TH613201 will fit your crossbars just fine on your 2021 Mazda CX-5. Keep in mind, in order to allow your rear hatch to open properly there must be at least 47-1/2" from the center of the front crossbar to the line where the roof meets the hatch. It looks like your vehicle should have 48" from the from crossbar to the hatch so it should work find but it will be close; I recommend measuring to verify.

In regard to the sunroof, we have not confirmed compatibility but a general rule of thumb is to never vent the sunroof up when carrying items on the roof rack such as this cargo box as damage could occur. The shark fin antenna won't be an issue if it sits lower than the crossbars, but if it sits taller than the crossbars then it could possibly hit the cargo box. In this case, you may be better off with a shorter box like the Trunx Rooftop Cargo Box - 18 cu ft - Black # TRX34FR which only needs 35" from the front crossbar to the hatch.
