Since you have a Lippert 1621 pin box the 5th Airborne Premium 5th Wheel Air Ride King Pin w/ Sidewinder and Turret - 16,000lbs Item # RP61422 is the correct replacement.

For the hitch I recommend the Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 16,000lbs # RP30047 with the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000lbs # RP30154. The rails will drop right into your puck system for easy installation.

You will also need the 5th Airborne Custom Wedge for Select Series Fifth Wheels Item # SWW-03 to lock the pin box into your hitch to prevent pivoting at the jaw.

For the hitch you'll need the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Single Jaw - 20,000lbs Item # RP30928 with the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000lbs Item # RP30154.
