2016 Winnebago View 24G Is it necessary to use Silicone Caulk for Grab Bar installation? I recently installed this part and used Blue Loctite with 1 1/2inch #14 sheet metal screws. Solid installation and looks great. I do not want to remove to add silicone if not necessary figuring the rubber gaskets will suffice?

When installing the Grab Bar # 37248325 it is not necessary to use any sealer or gasket. If you wanted to though, you could use some Butyl Tape # 344270341411-1 to seal it up.
