It sounds like you just need the track nut/channel nut (whatever you'd prefer to call it), and while they're not sold as singles you can pick up a pack of 4 with the RotopaX Pack Mount Adapter Kit for Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platforms # RR43203. You can use the track nut with any M6 bolt to attach accessories to your Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform Accessory Bars # RR43120B.
